I don't know why, but the idea of doing 2 runs in a day or 2 swims in a day seems so much more intimidating than doing a run AND a swim in the same day.Anne-Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08515024311690347804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-576474175047022633.post-68808717751151466062011-11-29T09:49:44.009-08:002011-11-29T09:49:44.009-08:00love this post! fingers crossed for no double bike...love this post! fingers crossed for no double bike day. ouch that would suck. too funny on the lifeguards, that is awesome! and so agreed about the wet swimsuit. that was the WORST in winter in wisconsin growing up. My "secret weapon" in training was a 20-22 miler in the AM with a 6 mile run that included 4 miles at LT in the evening...aaah youth! I've only done double swims in beautiful places aka Kona :-).

I love hearing about your training...keep the blogs rolling.cchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11442613436110554950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-576474175047022633.post-88924802700252388672011-11-26T10:48:53.898-08:002011-11-26T10:48:53.898-08:00I think i just lost my comment!

Most of the times I just throw the bike in the truck, or drive in, and run home.

Stay healthy, and you are on an unbelievable roll for staying healthy so that is good. :)Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13269380609808381980noreply@blogger.com
